INDIAN SCHOOL ADMISSION

Admission procedures of I I S Jeddah for the academic year 2012-2013 

Admission procedures for the academic session 2012-13 will commence from 06.02.2012. 
Admission to Lower Kindergarten will be done by drawing lots. Children, whose reference numbers are picked during the draw will have to come for an interaction with the teacher incharge on a given date. 
Admission to all other classes will be subject to seats vacated by the students who leave the School. However, class wise waiting lists will be prepared by drawing the lots. Children whose reference numbers are picked in the draws will have to appear for admission test. After qualifying the test, admission will be granted as per availability of seats. 

Procedure Camp Schedule :-

I. Admission request can be submitted only through School Website: www.iisjed.com from 06.02.2012 to 13.02.2012. 

II. All requests will be allotted a Reference Number and draws will be based on the Reference Number only. 

III. Drawing of lots for the available number of seats for LKG will be at 4:30 pm on 23.02.2012 at the Boys Section in Al-Rehab Dist. 

IV. Draws for waiting list / available seats for UKG and I &  II will be at 4:30 pm on 26.02.2012 at the Boys Section in Al-Rehab Dist. 

V. Draws for waiting list / available seats for III-VIII will be at 4:30 pm on 27.02.2012 at the Boys Section in Al-Rehab Dist. 

VI. Admission to Class IX is subject to seats available after the internal promotions from Class VIII. It will be based on admission test that will be conducted in April 2012. 

VII. Parents/Guardians of all candidates who submit the request will have to be present for the draw. 

VIII. Photocopies of Passport & Iqama of the candidate along with the registration slip should be available on the day of draw. However, original documents will have to be produced for verification at the time of admission. 

IX. Waiting lists will be valid till 30 April 2012 only, in order to facilitate the parents to make alternate arrangements for their children.
