1. All Indian Nationals are hereby informed that if the coming July 9 (Tuesday) happens to be the first day of Ramadan, the finger printing process at Jeddah Tarheel would start after Traweeh prayer and end at Suhoor (i.e. from 10:30 PM to 3:30 AM (approximately). All Indian nationals concerned are required to be present at Tarheel well before the said time. However, normal working hours would be observed if Ramadan does not start on July 9, 2013.
2. The Holders of stickers for June 25 and July 2, 2013, who had come to Tarheel on those days but could not be fingerprinted due to paucity of time, are hereby informed that they can come to Tarheel on July 9, 2013 (Tuesday) directly for fingerprinting. They are not required to take fresh tokens from the Consulate.
3. All Indian Nationals who have got final exit stamped on their passports / ECs should leave the Kingdom as soon as possible. In any case, they should leave the Kingdom within 30 days from the date of stamp of final exit.
4. In case of any problems regarding booking or unavailability of seats, they should contact Consul (Community Welfare) in the Consulate General of India immediately and register themselves in order for appropriate action.
5. A call would be made to the Holders of blank stickers to come to Tarheel on July 16, 2013 (Tuesday). Those who receive such calls should be present at Tarheel without fail. If they fail to do so, they would lose their chance for fingerprinting.
6. Those who have been fingerprinted would be called to collect their passports / ECs form the Consulate. They should not visit the Consulate for this purpose without receiving such call.
7. Those Indian nationals who are not covered under Amnesty for any reasons are advised to go back to their Kafeels (Sponsors) and settle their issues. In case of need, they should contact the concerned section at the Consulate.
8. The Jeddah Chambers of Commerce & Industry has launched a special website for job seekers. Those Indian nationals who are interested to utilize this opportunity should contact the Commercial Section (Mr. Amjad Sharief) of the Consulate or its missions in Makkah and Madinah and register themselves there as soon as possible.
9. Encouraged by the huge response from both the job seekers as well as the companies during the last fairs, the Consulate General of India proposes to hold another job fair details of which would be announced through the media channels at an appropriate time.
10. It is reiterated that those Indian nationals who have not yet registered themselves with the Consulate, should do so without further loss of time.
