Dr. Manmohan Singh Honourable Prime Minister Govt of India FAX:  +91-11-23019545, +91-11-23016857   Respected Shri  Dr. Manmohan Singh Jee,   Peace and Mercy of GOD be upon you...  Hope this letter finds in you in finest of your health...   This is to bring to your kind notice that  Tamil Nadu Thowheedh Jamaath (TNTJ) led by its founder P Jainul Abideen planned out to stage huge protests at all the district head quarters and important towns in Tamil Nadu on 14th of February, 2012   ·         urging the central government to provide 10 per cent quota for Muslims in employment and educational opportunities,   ·         urging the Tamil Nadu State goverment to increase the present exclusive reservation for Muslims in the State from 3.5 per cent to 7 per cent,   As you are well aware that two Committees appointed by Central Government, headed by Justice Rajendra Sachar and former chief justice of India, Justice Ranganath Misra Commission to identify the status of Indian muslims, had clearly outlined the pathetic conditions of Indian Muslims, as their status is far below than other Socio-Religious communities. As part of measures, to overcome the backwardness, these committees had recommended a number of measures and one such Important measures recommended by Justice Ranganath Misra committee was to provide 10% Separate Reservations for Muslims in Education and Employment of Central Government.     We appeal to you to use your good office to provide the exclusive reservations to the Muslims as recommended by Justice Sachar and Justice Misra.     Your prompt attention and earliest action on this matter will be highly appreciated.   Kind regards, S.Nowshath Ali     Jeddah Saudi Arabia.

14.02.2012   திரு டாக்டர். மன்மோகன் சிங், மாண்புமிகு பிரதமர், இந்திய அரசு.   மதிப்பிற்குரிய பிரதமர் அவர்களுக்கு,   தங்கள் மீது ஏக இறைவனின் சாந்தியும் சமாதானமும் உண்டாவதாக!   ·         முன்னர் பெற்று வந்த உரிமைகளைப் பறிக்கும் வகையில், மத்தியில் அனைத்து சிறுபான்மையினருக்கும் சேர்த்து 4.5 சதவிகித ஒதுக்கீடு என்பதை வாபஸ் பெற்று, ரங்கநாத் மிஸ்ரா கமிஷனின் பரிந்துரையின்படி முஸ்லிம்களுக்கு தனியாக 10 சதவிகிதம் இடஒதுக்கீடு வழங்க வேண்டும் என மத்திய அரசை வலியுறுத்தியும்,   ·         தமிழகத்தில் முஸ்லிம்களுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள 3.5 சதவிகிதம் போதுமானதல்ல என்ற நியாயமான அடிப்படையில், முஸ்லிம்களுக்கான இட ஒதுக்கீட்டை 7 சதவிகிதமாக உயர்த்த மாநில அரசை வலியுறுத்தியும்   தமிழ்நாடு தவ்ஹீத் ஜமாஅத் – TNTJ, மாபெரும் "முஸ்லிம்களின் வாழ்வுரிமைப் போராட்டத்தை" வருகின்ற பிப்ரவரி 14 ஆம் தேதி, தமிழகத்தின் அனைத்து மாவட்ட தலைநகரங்களிலும், முக்கிய நகரங்களிலும் நடத்த திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது.   முஸ்லிமல்லாத பிற சமூக அடித்தட்டு மக்களின் நிலையை விட, இந்திய முஸ்லிம்களின் நிலை மிகவும் மோசமாக இருப்பதாக நீதிபதி சச்சார் அறிக்கையும், நீதிபதி ரங்கநாத் மிஸ்ரா ஆணையமும் தெளிவாக கோடிட்டுக் காட்டியுள்ளன. அவைகளின் பரிந்துரைப்படி முஸ்லிம்களுக்கு தனி இட ஒதுக்கீடு வழங்குமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்கின்றோம்.   தாங்கள் விரைவாக முடிவெடுத்து, இந்திய முஸ்லிம்களின் வாழ்வாதார நிலையை உயர்த்துவீர்கள் என நம்புகின்றோம்.   நன்றி, நவ்ஷாத் அலி       ஜித்தா சவூதி அரேபியா
